Quick Help

Look around the screen for help boxes with a border like this one

• Click to search histori.city
• You can run several searches on the map at the same time, each with a different marker color
• Click a marker to see more details
• Hover over a map marker and it will be highlighted on the timeline
• Hover over a timeline marker and it will bounce on the map
• Click anywhere on the map to dismiss these help boxes

This is the time slider

• Use the start or end buttons under the center of the timeline.
• Or, position the slider controls, then press zoom>>> to zoom in to the new time range.
• Or, tap one of the date fields (located at either end of the timeline) and they'll become editable fields. Press Enter to save your changes.
